This one is the delivery/collection only branch on the High Street (the sit down restaurant is in Two Rivers).
Generally, the food arrives within 45 minutes (if delivered) although they frequently forget to bring at least one item and will often send the wrong food (usually, it’s the ice cream they get wrong) so you have to wait for them to deliver the rest of your meal. The pizza isn’t always terribly hot when it does arrive so you’re better off collecting it yourself. Usual Pizza Hut menu although they don’t always have the full menu available.

Pretty good chinese takeaway with comprehensive menu and the best sweet and sour sauce in the area. Prices are average and service is pretty speedy. Most of the time it’s not too busy as there are a lot of takeaways in that area. Parking can be a bit of a problem around 6-7pm so you may have to drive around a few times before finding a space.

I’ve always had really good service from this optician. As I’ve got diabetes, they always give me a very thorough eye examination and have kept me fully informed of any problems. The staff are always very friendly and my glasses are always ready on time. They’ve got a good choice of frames and never push you into buying the most expensive or the extras that can really push the cost of glasses right up.

Very tasteful Indian restaurant, clean and with very friendly service. Prices are very good and they offer a Tuesday night “banquet” for £10.95. Very comprehensive menu with good quality food and fairly fast service complete with hot towels at the end of your meal. It lost a star for its temperature, I went in December and it was very cold in there!

There are 3 surface car parks for this shopping centre but these are often full at busy times so parking can be a problem. A good selection of shops including two coffee shops, Pizza Hut, Nando’s and PC World as well as a good cinema. Parking is pay on exit.

Rather small Shell petrol station so it can be difficult getting in at busy times as it’s on a busy main road. Prices are very competitive and they are often the cheapest in the area. It has a small shop and a toilet which is usually open but not always terribly clean. It also has a free air pump for tyres and free water.

Not always the cheapest petrol station in the area. Although it has a free air pump, it’s not always working. There is also an automatic car wash and a jet wash. The petrol station also closes earlier than you would expect.

Small, very friendly chemist. If they haven’t got something in stock, they will do their best to get it for you as quickly as possible. The pharmacists are very approachable and will willingly give advice about medication or illnesses. They also run a stop smoking service.

Very friendly cafe that does typical “greasy spoon” food without being greasy! They also have more healthy options on the menu as well as a great range of kebabs. Great place if you just want to go for a coffee but also good for a filling lunch. Prices are reasonable and it’s always clean.

Nice, friendly little cafe with good range of smoothies, juices and coffees. Food is limited to snacks - sandwiches, paninis, bagels. It’s great for a quiet lunch or afternoon break from shopping. Space is a bit limited as it’s small but it never seems to be crowded as it’s a bit off the beaten track. There are a few toys for children to play with and the place is always clean and tidy. Prices are very reasonable.
