A lovely shop, the kind that you walk past and have to go in.
It is a toy shop with lovely toys for young children, such as magic sets, Brio trains, Science Museum toys and so on.

What makes it special is the lovingly thought out way it is decorated and staff who are evidently highly capable and nice people who treat customers like their own friends. A real cut above what is in a normal shop.

The place is the kind of shop where you buy a little something for a child that you know they will like and is one of those special local shops. For bargain hunters who want everything at the lowest possible price, this shop is probably not for them as like most independents it can probably not complete with the chains for price.

For a little something for a special child this a is lovely place to go.

Used it three times at two hotels, twice was superb and once was troubling.

I changed from the hotel I used to use as the internet was not good enough there. The new hotel used Spectrum Interactive and the broadband was great.

I then tried a different hotel in the same town who were part of the same chain and also used Spectrum Interactive. Frist night good, next day it was far slower than dial up so really really slow. I called them up and they re booted teh system and it was fine. Later in the day the problem rea appeared and they had nto solved it or called me back about half an hour afer my call.

They said it was their line providor and not their fault, this did not addup because they said that the ilne was giving them 4Mbs and 8 people were on it, that should have given me 0.4MBps/512K but I was getting about about 10K at most so that would have meant that about 300 people had to be sharing it and there were not that many people in the hotel.

So they were saying it was not their fault and was the provider which with this logic is a LIE.

They said they woudl refund me and I said though that it was not about the £20 as the hotel cost about £350 and so how woudl I get that back from teh hotel, I need the broadband fior work and the hotel is useless without it. T

hey did not care, but only when I said that I write reviews about places I use, I would say that the broadband was good once and bad the the second time, they did the honourable thing and offered to refund on the broadband but then what do I do about the cost and stay in the hotel where I need broadband, so if you need broadband then do not touch them with a bargepole.

Suddenly they agreed to sort it out and gave me what they called direct access to their internet hub in the hotel which they said would priotise my usage and it worked. So if what they say is true then other uses would have been having a bad service but that does not make sense withteh maths they gave me as said above.

I stayed at the same hotel again after this visit as they had sorted it on this stay and it was fine.

Conclusion, a good service but problematic if it does go wrong.

I had a really nice time, the boat was clean, nicely done and in good condition

The guide who showed us how the boat worked and took us through the lock was exceptional.

One person was upset by feeling hastled and rushed with a boat return staff member and another boater said his instructor crashed the boat in the lock and made him scared to continue.

However I had a great time, found everyone and everything lovely and if you do not feel comfortable with your instructor then just ask he office for another one. However most people were very happy their boats and experience and every company has it's less good staff.

A well run company, I was happy and I would choose them again.

Very good service by friendly honest staff. I bought some file dividers with a fault on them, when I went to them they immediately said they were faulty and gave me replacements.

A bit more expensive than going online, but with good friendly local service I am happy to pay for this.

A great store with great staff, what great local service is about.

Good value as under 5 pounds for a child and two adults. Really good fun, young children love it and the staff there are really friendly and helpful.

A bit tight in some places if you go around with your child but that is how they fit so much stuff in
