After shopping there for a number of years I was left disappointed when I was insulted by the duty manager, needless to say I have never been back

having eaten here on a couplem of occasions I was very impressed with the food and decor, the service was a little slow however I do enjoy being left to it and not rushed. I was a little disappointed on my last visit. After being served and ordering drinks me and my partner sat having a drink to discover that the bottle of beer was out of date, the most annoying this was that the staff obviously knew this as we could hear them talking about us behind the counter and we were left for nearly an hour till a poor unsuspecting girl walked past to clear our plates. We pointed the out that the beer was out of date, and we received no apology and the owner never came to us to apologise either, so we left very disappointed.
I was put off for a while but met an old friend in there for tea recently. I was reluctant but went all the same, but was served a cup of tea in a dirty cup and tea stains all in the pot that the tea came in so again was a little disappointed.

This really is the best Indian restaurant I have ever been in. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and attentive - the service is excellent, the restaurant itself is really beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful - I will definitely be recommending it to friends.
