Very good caffee, not bad cakes (not baked locally - from fridge),very good and helpfull stuff.

I am trying to get some information about activities at SLC from your front desk for 7th day.
I have visited SLC on Thursday to enquire about Ju-Jitsu training and I was asked to wait for 30 minutes,and then infored that aparently it is not today and was asked to come on Saturday. On saturday after another 20 minutesI was told again that as there is noone here that robably they had moved days without informing anyone. I asked for a tel number to responsible person but noene at the 4 person at the desk seemd to know anything about it, so I was asked to come over on Tuesday.
I learned my lesson so I have called insted on Tuesday, but the lady did not have nay information about it, and asked me to come over on Thursday.
It looks like catch 22 case and noene seems to see a roblem in the recetion organisation.
Last recetionist today at 21:10 got angry at me as she couldn’t pass me to the back office becouse there was noone there.
She didn’t give me her name and she just has hang up on me.

Is it any way to ask your staff to gethere some useful information at recetion and hold to it?
