It’s interesting to hear so many people talk about the rudeness of some of the staff there…

I have just been informed that I am not welcome back to BTW because I refused to pay for a dessert at a cost of £4.00! Apparently this is company policy, if you refuse to pay for something because you are dissatisfied, you are not welcome back if you do not pay for it.

Just had a call from the owner to confirm this.

The manager of the evening stated that I was obnoxious, rude and aggressive in my claims, I would disagree. Yet they employ many people (so it seems) with that attitude.

Obviously won’t be going back there again!!

The starter was £5.00 and was tiny.

The main was nice - £10ish so fair price I’d say.

The dessert, what I did eat of it, was terrible. Was £4.00, tiny, ice cream was more like ice than ice cream. Only ate half of it - stopped eating it when my friend found a hair in his meal.

Can’t understand why any business would treat their customers this way but each to their own.
