havent stayed in hotel but wow the afternoon tea is fabulous. Log fire, lovely waiter and cofee and tea with free shortbread. Lovely surroundings Got to see this place its amazing

This gift shop has a lot of lovely nick nacks for gifts.Sadly it is very overpriced and also the man and woman who work there are quite rude. They will lose a lot of business if they dont improve their customer relations

Have been to the Whole Works once and had a massage. It was wonderful. Staff very friendly and nice relaxing atmosphere. Lots of treatments available. I have a token I got for Xmas and cant wait to go back

Like the new decor although some of the framed pictures are a bit dated. My pannini was on the cold side so more attention to detail would be good. SEnt pannini back and it still came back cold.whats that about....

Have recently gone off this cafe its in desperate need of a clean and revamp. Its looking a bit unkempt and puts me off. If the seats/tables/floor are dirty what is the kitchen like....

Went here a lot after it first opened and it was good. Then very disappointed when one of the owners overcharged us for a lunch and denied it. Wouldnt go back, and advise you check your bills.
