Ce n’est pas toujours simple de parler de soi et de ses difficultés. Mais ici on se sent très vite à l’aise. Plein de choses à apprendre et à comprendre, et puis surtout aller mieux. Ca vaut vraiment la peine de faire cette démarche.

Voilà une proposition très intéressante. Vous êtes le “manager” de votre vie, mais vous n’avez pas forcément toutes les compétences pour mener à bien votre projet. Alors vous décidez de faire appel à un “coach”. Ce n’est pas le signe d’une faiblesse, mais l’envie de sortir des tâtonnements inutiles. Cette pratique jadis réservée aux sportifs de haut niveau, aux artistes ou aux politiciens, se démocratise. C’est une bonne nouvelle !

Les séances individuelles permettent de faire le point rapidement et efficacement. L’écoute sans jugement de la demande est active et permet de se recentrer sur l’essentiel. Puis vient la phase d’accompagnement, intelligente et stimulante. Des propositions nouvelles aident à sortir de l’ornière des habitudes qui nous bloquent. Que de temps gagné pour avancer. Que ce soit pour un projet professionnel, une situation personnelle ou relationnelle, et même pour une entreprise.

Norbert est un coach accueillant et intelligent. On ressent très vite la solidité de son analyse et la valeur des pistes qu’il propose. Je recommande aussi en particulier l’atelier “Corps-Présence-Altérité” qui permet de travailler la façon d’être en relation avec les autres en prenant conscience de nos modes de fonctionnement personnels. Quand il y a tant de possibilités d’évoluer, pourquoi se priver de “se faire la vie plus belle” ?

With it Cathedral, this is the oldest church in Nimes. “Its first call to fame goes back to 956. An cradle-shape vault supported by heavy archs, and four gravestones from the XIIth century on the ground remind us of its medieval origins. The heart of the Church, covered by a ribbed vault, was built in 1654. The front, inspired by roman art, was rebuilt with ciment during the XIXth century. The neogothic altar was also built in that era. It was a posder magazine during the religious wars, and a community church (1657-1746), billiard workshop (1792-1876), it regained it religious purpose in 1877”. You can read that comment on sign that’s by the left handside of the porch, right at the entrance of the church! Located in a narrow back street, it is understandable that the local habitants do not feel the urge to get the front thouroughly cleaned. It’s a shame…

I attended a mass in this Abbaye, given by Benedictan monks. Their singing and prayers will take you to heaven! They have great voices. the disposition of the benches in the shape of an amphitheatre is surprising but much more cosy, and in my opinion, it puts spirits in the right frame of mind for such a huge celebration. Also the altar planted in the centre and made out of a monumental stone from the country sets a very lively atmosphere, proper to the rite. Of course you can find a bookshop and souvenir shop. But the best souvenir is the one that stays engraved in your heart like music from the heavens. For those who are interested in regional culture, know that you can attend a mass once a week, given in the Basque language. The faith that lies in the language of the country also dwells forever deep in the hearts.

This is what usually happens in the South: They promise you everything will be ready the next day, then nothing happens! In Mr. Rolle’s workshop, it happens differently. A detailed brief, a precise deadline, and a phonecall the day before to let you know it has all been done and that you can come and get your order on arranged date. Well done Mr. Rolle! It’s so much easier to work under those conditions. Less stress, less posponing, less lost energy. It goes without saying, the next professional board, the nest stamp or descriptive board, this is where I will get them done.

We are lucky to have a dynamic and risk-taker theatre in the countryside. The programming is diverse but without being scattered. Thank you to to Macha Makeieff, the artistic director. With a suscription package the rates remain affordable, and the recently refurshied hall is very pleasant. A real bonus for the cultural aspect of Nimes… which makes some Montpellier habitants very envious of us!

In the 80’s, Christian and Annette, a young couple from Strasbourg, decided to move to the countryside in the Bruche valley. They bought a derelict farm. It’s the start of a big adventure. Today the Laiterie du Climont is a small family business completely independant from any big supermarket chains. Its main activity is the production and sale of full-fat milk yoghurts, made following traditional methods, from the farmers’ milk in the surrounding mountains.

My favourite: the 'banana-lemon’ yoghurt. A 'label bio AB’ lign of products is being developed, with a delicious cottage cheese.
It deserves to be in everybody’s hands!!!

An address for which the landscape is definately worth the journey. Indeed it is very trendy, and the presentation is as good as the meals. One slight hitch: The accoustic is not great and the decor on the ceiling of this huge hall is not enough to soften the rather loud and tiring ambiance! Also avoid opting for the tables near the isles: You would find that area rather chilly.
