My friend and i fallen in love with this bar the 1st time we went there and we’ve been coming since.But yesterday,I was very disappointed i was very suprised by the waitress, we had our order and after like 2 minuits my friend spilled her full draft beer all over the tabel,the waitress came and left a towl on the table saying that she would come back, but we didn’t wait till she comes back, we’ve cleaned the table by ourselves with the towel she left, then she came back took the towel and left with out asking my friend if she wanted another drink.We waited, like for 15minuits, then the waitress came asked my friend if she wanted another beer, she ordered.
At the end we were about to go and asked for the bill, and to my suprised the waitress charged the beer which was spilled on the tabel.I asked the waitress why she was charging it? and her answer was “my boss did gave me the O.K.”....., we paid and left.

I don’t know how any person sees this but, I worked as a waitress for a long time and when this kind of incedent happens, i don’t even need a permission to ask my boss, its an obvious thing, the client is the king!!!! period. or the cliché doesn’t work here at the sugar Bar???????
