Jenners Princes Street Edinburgh - Edimburgo
47 Princes Street, Edinburgh, Scotland EH2 2YJ
22-11-2008
An Edinburgh institution, which is sadly loosing it’s touch now it’s been sold to House of Fraser. Luckily though, they have kept the tradition of the ceiling high christmas tree, which is deffo worth a visit, as is the Hamleys store downstairs
Harvey Nichols - Edimburgo
30-34 St. Andrew Square, Edinburgh, Scotland EH2 1AF

The best thing about Harvey Nicks is undoubtably the foodhall, which is surprisingly reasonable. The MAC outlet is also fabby, and the only one in Edinburgh. However, in general I find the store pretentious and overpriced.
Noor Takeaway - Edimburgo

Another great Edinburgh indian. Their delivery service is particularly good and they do a great student discount on their already cheap prices. I’d reccommend the meal deal for one to feed at least two people!
Khushi’s - Old Town
9 Victoria street, Edinburgh, Scotland EH1 2HE

This is absolutely my favourite Edinburgh resteraunt too. The best setting, the best food, the friendliest staff. Prices have gone up since their move, but so have the standards. This now feels like a ver special night out and is worth every penny.

Royal Hospital For Sick Children - Edimburgo
9 Sciennes Road, Edinburgh, Scotland EH9 1LF
22-11-2008
Obviously, you never want your child to need to go here. But if they do, here is the best place. It’s a lovely cosy hospital, with none of the horrible sterile environment of an adult one.
It’s central too, but thething that really makes it are the wonderful, caring staff
Cornelius Beer & Wine - Edimburgo
18 Easter Road, Edinburgh, Scotland EH7 5RG
22-11-2008
The man that owns this shop clearly loves his job. He knows loads, not only about wine, but also which beers go well with which foods. There are usually a couple of great offers on too, which bring prices down quite a bit.
The Scotch Whiskey Experience - Edimburgo
354 Castlehill, Edinburgh, Scotland EH1 2NE
22-11-2008
Best thing about this place is the staff- they all really know their stuff. obvioulsy, it’s very touristy, so it’s a fun thing to take visiting friends to. You get a free taster and glass at the end of the tour and a fun barrel ride too!
Valvona & Crolla - Edimburgo
19 Elm Row, Edinburgh, Scotland EH7 4AA
22-11-2008
This is a definitve Edinburgh experience, and if your a foodie, absolute heaven. Old fashioned, expensive, passionate. I love it, it’s pointless writing a long review- just go, but go early, the closer it gets to Christmas, the busier it gets.
John Lewis - Edimburgo
69 St. James Centre, Edinburgh, Scotland EH1 3SP

The cafe in here is a complete family tradition for us. It has the best views in Edinburgh, and although the food is terribly overpriced, they do the best marshamallow and malteaser hot chocolate in town
Chicago Rock Cafe - Livingston
1 Almondvale Avenue, Livingston, Scotland EH54 6QX
22-11-2008
Draws a horrible crowd of drunken work nights out, teenagers and wasted perverts. I’ve been really dissappointed every thime I’ve been, as it could be really good, as the music and the drinks prices are both fab.
