A traditional old style toy shop in the Royal Arcade opposite Norwich Market.

Inside is small and not easy to navigate with a pushchair but every shelf is stuffed full of fantastic kids toys at really competitive prices.

The staff here are always helpful and have good product knowledge

This is the worst Woolworths I have ever been to, its a fair size with the usual toys, clothing, electrical and homewares departments inside.
The stock levels are a little bit hit and miss and the store sometimes resembles a boot sale in the kids section as the clothes are a mess, especially if there is a sale on.
After a nightmare with returning a faulty item I would have to say the worst part about this branch is the staff, they have a general mood of customers being an interuption to their socialising and make no effort to be helpful. I returned to the store several months after the problem was resolved and found them to be the same.
Its a shame really as this store could make a great turn over due to its location on the high street.

The Range is a multi-department superstore set in a vast warehouse in Longwater Business park. The parking is impressive and its never difficult to find a space near the store entrance.

The departments include a great craft section which is a good for serious crafters, we managed to get all the supplies we needed for making our own wedding invitations here and were impressed with the choice available.

Other departments include a haberdashery, lighting, furniture, D.I.Y., pets and household. At the end of the store is an open-plan cafe, selling teas, coffees and other hot drinks aswell as small snacks, so you can refuel at the end of the trip. Outside is a garden centre, which is small but handy for those little bits.

A traditional cafe set right in the middle of town, The Norfolk kitchen offers a wide range of food at great prices.

The cooked breakfast here is second to none and served fresh and piping hot, brilliant for a morning after cure !!

There is a choice of rooms, one being served by a waitress and the other next to the kitchen so you can enjoy the aroma. the menu is served all day and includes roasts and daily specials.

We travel quite a distance to use this store, the staff are always pleasant helpful and willing to carry heavy items out to the car and we have never once found the items we buy out of stock.

Set inside a large warehouse style shop it feels welcoming, the animals on sale here include rats, rabbits gerbils and fish, aswell as the odd snail ! All the animal pens are kept clean and the fish we’ve purchased have lasted more than the usual few weeks.

I would advise visting this store if you were looking to purchase a new pet, the staff are well trained on the products they sell and I can guarantee everything you will need, from food to bedding, can be found here, at great prices too.

Located out of the main city in the popular Riverside development this branch of Boots has all the expected departments in mini form.
The perfume and No 7 areas run al;ong the side wall and give plenty of space for browsing. Usually you will find a very helpful sales assistant floating around here. The baby section has been squashed to make way for 4 or 5 aisles of christmas stock, and the pharmacy sits next to this. You will also find a clearance section here which is worth a rummage through to find the odd gem.

I always enjoy shopping here and find the store well stocked everytime.

One of the better branches Ive visted, located in a great position for that quick in and out shop. The parking includes a mother and baby section as well as disabled and is thoughtfully laid out. The entrance is massive and welcoming but I personally find the rest of the store a little random, with the cold and frozen sections being separate. This obviously doesnt cause massive problems but compared to other branches the flow doesnt seem to make for an easy shop.

There is a clothes section is at the end of the store with the hardware and electricals. This store has no cafe which seems strange for a store of this size.

I love this store since its recent re-vamp and now shop here over any other shop, even though I live 15 miles away !

The entrance has been redesigned and is lovely and airy, to the right is the tobacco kiosk and lunch section. Just beyond that is the lift and stairs to the large cafe, with the toilets hidden down the side of the lift.

Upstairs is a new addition and the Cafe provides cooked meals aswell as liight snacks and drinks. The staff here seem to be struggling a little with the new environment however so make sure you have plenty of time.

the store downstairs has a great clothing department with tall wide aisles which make it a pleasure to browse around.

Ive never had a long wait at the tills and they seem to have the perfect balance of open tills and staff available. A real credit to Sainsburys.

After my heating died recently I contacted Boilercare who were fantastic and provided a service second to none,

Based in wymondham, in norfolk, they are a small but very efficent company who provide a wide range of services and are able to work on both Gas and oil fired central heating systems.

The prices are very competitive, with a full service on a VERY old boiler costing just under £60. This was carried out with great care and attention and the engineer managed to field questions from my small child without breaking sweat !!

A large bar with space for dancing aswell as pool tables, DJ’s is the place to go on a night out. Weekends are often busy with a night club feel, although its fairly small. Drinks are served in plastic cups and this isn’t to everyones taste, but they are decently priced and have a great range available.

There are often special evenings hosted here including live bands and sports events such as football or boxing.
