A smaller Sainsbury store located on top of the high street. It caters to the basic needs, i.e. limited vegetables, chocolates, wines, bread, cereals, etc. So if you are looking for variety it might be better going to the bigger store in Burpham. This one is not open 24 hours either.

I went to Carlos Trattoria on my birthday. It was referred by my boss. The food is authentic Italian and very tasty. The place is located far away from Guildford so you need to drive there. However, parking is available. The restaurant is spacious and well decorated. The staff were very warm and welcoming. They do need to advertise more though.

Monsoon has the most colourful and pretty clothes ever. The store is situated on the high street and one that you cannot miss. The prices of the items are quite expensive unless its the sale going on. The store should be more organized though. There is far too much to see and leaves one confused.

The taste of food at Frankie and Benny’s is quite poor. The servings are quite decent. There is very little variety for vegetarians. The only good thing is the appetisers or the starters. The drinks are about average. You can give it a miss. There are plenty of other places in Guildford to have a good and tasty meal that is priced right.

Karen Millen has stylish and unique clothes. They are quite expensive as well. The material they use gives it a distinct classy look. It is best to save a lot of money and treat yourself to one of the dresses. The shop is spacious with a limited variety. Their fitting it quite good too.

Tie Rack has over priced items but they are quite stylish and posh. You would not get the same things anywhere else as they are quite unique. The shop is in the Friary Centre and is miniscule. A bigger one would be better off. The Tie Rack sells ties, scarves, shawls, gloves, etc.

The Friary Shopping Centre is right in the heart of Guildford town. It is a smaller shopping complex with newer shop adding up every now and then. The best space to park is at the bedford road parking lot. Alternatively, the bus stop is attached to the complex (the exit next to BHS).

They say expensive products are always better off and that is the case with Space NK Apothecary. The products are excellent for the skin and quite pampering as well. It is quite expensive but worth it too. The Space NK products are the best. Try the kiss mix lip balm. The other products are aromatic as well.

Next has the best office wear collection compared to other stores. The clothes, however, are overly priced so the best time to buy is when their sale is on. Even during sales, it is diffuclt to find what you are looking for because the clothes and size sections are all muddled up.

The W.H.Smith branch in Guildford is quite a large one on the High Street. It offers books and magazine, stationery such as folders, pens, pencils, crayons, etc. and cards as well. You can also buy chocolates and cold drinks too. The online store is a great place to buy books that are not already available in the stores.
