A great price for Rockers to grab some food. The prices of the food are quite good, the food itself is always nice. The staff are very friendly, and the music and ambience great if you are a rocker or metalhead. The place itself is a little small, but it adds to the atmosphere.

Shakespeares is a lovely little pub situated just opposite Festival Square. The prices on their food are quite good, the quality of the food is always excellent and the service is great. One of my favourite lunch time stops.

I can’t say I was overly impressed with this place. I stopped in one lunchtime for a burger and a drink. The food was quite over-priced, and the quality was not good. The barman was rather surly, and communicated in little more than grunts. Definitely not a place I will frequenting.

Definitely the best place in Edinburgh for Japanese food. The food is great and, in my opinion, quite well priced. The service is friendly, and the place is clean and well presented. The menu has a good amount of variety, and the Udon is wonderful. Well worth checking out.

One of my favourite cheap places to eat in Edinburgh. The food is always good and cheap, the service is great and they do a student discount. As previously mentioned there’s not a lot of seating, but it’s fine for for take out as well.
