My favourite department store in London, easily accessible by public transport, the nearest tube station is Bond Street. Although, it is a short walk from Oxford Circus. There's quite a nice walk from Marylebone Station (mainline) if the weather is nice. I think this is the best place to shop if you want to get everything under one roof.

My favourite department store in Birmingham, easily accessible by public transport, the nearest train stations are Birmingham Moor Street or Birmingham New Street. Although, it is a short walk from Digbeth Coach Station. So, there's plenty of ways to access the city and this department store. I would say this most definitely a must visit for all those fashionistas living in the West Midlands or just taking a day trip into Britain's second city. This is the best place to shop if you want to get everything under one roof and the funkiest building in Birmingham.

A small women's clothes boutique on Marylebone High Street, London. There's some nice pieces here, but quite over priced for what you're getting. I did buy a cotton cardigan in the sale, even with 50% off it was still expensive, although I did like the style. You can find the same clothes in other boutiques outside of London much cheaper. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit the shop again.

Having afternoon tea here at the Ascot Bar, Pennyhill Park Hotel is a great experience. There's ample food so you won't go hungry. A variety of tea selection available, I normally opt for either the ginger or mint leaf infusion, I prefer a more natural tea without caffeine. You should also sample one of the many champagne cocktails to have with your tea, I love the champagne elderflower cocktail, lovely although a little expensive at £13 per glass, but well worth it.

Nice and relaxed pub/restaurant in Chorleywood, Herts. It is part of a high end chain, but this a good thing as the food is of good quality. It also doesn't feel like a chain, as there's no obvious evidence of this. The fixture and fittings are modern and of a high standard, lovely atmosphere and a great place to meet girlfriends.

This has be the best spa I have every visited, the facilities are absolutely superb and exquisite. The most relaxing and exclusive experience I have had. I would recommend going for the "Two Treats in One Day" offer which includes afternoon tea, a beauty treatment and full access to the spa for £99. This is such great value and the best money I've spent to unwind and relax. I loved my experience so much that I'm taking another trip back to the spa this week.

Best chocolate in London, nice little shop on Marylebone High Street with very friendly staff. Lots of different chocolate favours to choose from. There is also the choice of some unusual marshmallows too. The handmade chocolate shapes are also interesting and make a nice gift for someone special.

I recently met Virginia McKenna who founded Born Free at the gallery; she was promoting the sale of her new book and photography, great inspiration for all wildlife fanatics! Much the same setup as the High Wycombe flagship store and offers the same range of framed photographs starting from £30 upwards and make a nice gift if you're looking for something different. There's also the option to book one of the photographers for commissions and work. This has to be my favourite place in London to have afternoon tea by far. The environment is quite quirky with a funky edge, the food is fabulous and there's a great list of teas and huge variety of ice creams available to choose from. If you want to impress someone then I would recommend that you take him/her to Sketch, it is most definitely a great place to have a first date. Note the toilets are slightly weird, it is like being in "cocoon: the movie". The toilets are shaped like a huge eggs/cocoons very unusual and a get talking point.
